I wanted it to be a special treat for my mother since she’d never been to a spa. I wouldn’t rate their reception area very highly as it has no atmosphere of comfort, very sterile and no stylish, comfortable furniture. The lounge room loungerchairs are comfortable, but again the decor is very bland and cheap tea lights instead of a nice fireplace. The background music was in very poor taste and rather annoying. I would rate them high for cleanliness.
